It’s rough staying clean and fresh during summer months. With the summer heat, and frequent rain storms, the weather can be really tough on your body. I find that my hair becomes an absolute mess during summer months, but one part I overlook is my skin. I never gave my skin enough attention in the summer because I thought I was wasting my time, but I recently found a product that’s totally changed my perspective on summer skin. Remember when you were younger and your parents would give you baby powder after a show, and it’d leave you feeling so clean and fresh? That’s how I feel when I use my new favorite body wash. Summer Staycation, at home!

1. In the first image, you’ll see my applying my daily moisturizer to my skin. I usually only put moisturizer on my face, and that’s because I don’t find my skin needs more lotion when I use Tone® products.
2. Step #2 is putting on some candles and a relaxing playlist. If you search “Alexa Curtis” on Spotify, you’ll see all of my playlists. Right now, I’m digging the Summer Party playlist. It’s important to feel relaxed and calm when you’re in the comfort of your own home.
3. When it comes to deciding what Tone® scent to use, I usually let my mood decide. Sometimes, I need something more calm and relaxing. I’ll use the soothing body wash if I need a bit of a more “chill” night, and I use the radiant glow body wash if I’m going out, or having a movie night with my boyfriend! When shopping at Walmart, you’ll notice how many scents are actually available to you. It’s so cool to go shopping and have a huge selection of products right in front of you!
4. After I apply the body wash, I like to exfoliate with a nice loofah (I have a handmade one that I use) because that makes sure you end up glowing for the rest of the week!
