This weekend was so rad! One of my best friends Abie came to visit my hometown from NYC, and I got to show her around town for the weekend while the snow came down outside! An article on me came out in the second page of a local newspaper on Saturday, and I found out because Gabe’s grandma emailed him a picture of the paper and he forwarded it to me. I would’ve had no clue the piece even came out. I immediately went to the store and picked up the paper, and flipped to page three and saw a huge picture of myself! It’s really neat and satisfying to see myself in a local newspaper because it reminds me that I’m doing work that people are noticing. That’s a huge honor, and something that I will never get used to thinking!
