#LifeUnfiltered
This morning I woke up to a phone call from my mom. Both my mom and dad lost their jobs yesterday, and that came as a shock to me. So many people are in the same boat right now, and I am fortunate during this time that I run my own business. My mom was a mental health RN and my dad worked in sales, so they had more traditional jobs than I do. But business owner or not, I’ve compiled a list of ways to help you during this time.
In addition, I’ve put together mental health resources (taken from the website of the nonprofit I launched) to urge you to call, contact, or listen to some of them during this time. Take care of your mental health during the coronavirus quarantine.Â
I want to do my part here in supporting each and every one of you as much as I can.
