Did you know that over 80% of women in the United States deal with body image issues? I struggled with an eating disorder when I was younger, as many young women and men do. Social media doesn’t make feeling confident in your skin any easier! If you’re not comparing yourself to someone else, that person is comparing themselves to you. 

As a 22-year-old founder, confidence is key in my book. I talk so openly about my mental health and my body to you guys in the hopes that you will stay inspired to be confident in your own skin. I want the struggles you face to be comparable to mine: we are ALL in this together!
