Fall has officially arrived, which means cozy sweaters and knitted scarves are all the rage. I’ve selected my 4 staples you need to purchase this season to stay fashionable and warm!
1. Leather Jackets
A leather jacket is a must-have for fall season. The great aspect about a black leather jacket is you can dress it up or down. Throw it on top of a pair of dark skinny jeans with combat boots, or on top of a red dress with black heels for an edgy addition. Today, you can find leather jackets with tons of additions, like diamonds or studs, so you can rock this trend is so many different ways!
2. Flannels
Another staple I can never forget is a beloved flannel shirt. Alexa wrote on this trend a few days ago, actually! My favorite is a flannel with red and black tones, but I’m truly a fan of them in any style. As for the styling, I suggest pairing yours with some jeans and booties. This season, we’re witnessing a lot of girls tying their flannel around their waist, in true Kylie Jenner style. It’s a fun addition to your classic flannel style.
3. Boyfriend Jeans
Boyfriend jeans are a rebellious statement piece. Whether you’re wearing them crazy oversized, or you’re playing with the trend on the safer side, boyfriend jeans never get old. I adore them because I can wear them to school, and I can throw heels on after school and go dancing with my girls. They’re one of the most versatile pieces in my closet!
4. Ankle Boots
Last but certainly not lease, ankle boots will never fail to not impress me. Perfect for a rainy fall day, ankle boots will keep you warm and incredibly chic at the same time. I love pairing some comfy socks with them, making sure that the socks show just a bit! Here in Greece, we have quite mild Decembers, so ankle boots can’t been worn anytime before January. I’ve already got three pairs lined up, awaiting their time to shine on the streets! I wouldn’t say no to a fourth pair, either…
