As a teen girl on the go, I have a tendency to be careless when it comes to my health. Since I’m frequently traveling and moving from city to city, all I’m paying attention to is not missing my flight and making sure I have everything I need for a photo shoot.

As cold weather approaches, I know I have to keep track of my health a little bit more. That means getting my workout in (whether it’s at 6 AM or 6 PM) and carrying a few items in my purse at all times to keep me protected. One of my favorite brands to purchase from is Pfizer at Walmart. You probably recognize the name as a pharmaceutical brand, but you’d be surprised to know how frequently their items probably pop up with good use in your life.

I took a trip to Walmart yesterday on a short trip home to CT before flying to St. Louis this morning to pick up a few goodies I ran out of. My purse is usually a fish pond of everything from gum, to my favorite lipstick, to about 5 Quest bars at one time, but I’ve always got 3 products in my bag at all times in a secret pocket:

Advil Tablet Vial: The original round tablets providing safe, effective pain relief for over 25 years. I use Advil when I’m on a plane and am getting muscle cramps, or a headache. Advil is basically a household necessity, and I always like to have extra to give my friends or family if they have a pain that can’t be solved.

ChapStick Total Hydration: Your girl has chronic chapped lips. The minute cold weather rolls around, I’m applying something to my lips at every moment. ChapStick’s coconut flavor tastes good, smells good, and is a great relief when I need some refreshing flavor on my lips. With Omega 6 + 9, you’re getting a total health upgrade just by putting this on your lips!

Centrum Vitamints: Occasionally, I punch a little too hard in boxing class, or walk for too long in stilettos, and get an ache and pain now and there. I sound like a grandma, right? Surprisingly, I take Vitamints when those feelings come on. There’s no worse feeling than being stuck on set with a headache or sprained ankle, so I’ve always got Centrum Vitamints in my purse. With a minty taste and lovely benefits, they’re always a must. No chalky taste: just cool mint flavor.

Now that you’ve got a look into my purse, what do you keep in yours? Tell me below!
