Primark skirt and shoes, Aeropostale sweater and necklace, Banana Republic jacket.

Yesterday was totally the first day of fall, if I say so myself. Between the colored trees, crisp breeze in the air, and pumpkin field I found myself in yesterday afternoon, my favorite season has officially arrived.

After a shopping trip to Primark and Aeropostale a few weeks back, I’ve got a selection of autumn-ready clothing in my closet. I’m seeing lots and lots of orange and purple this season, along with more chunky sweaters and light jackets. Since the weather really gets chilly at night, staying warm on the top is necessary. Don’t spend much more time without a layering jacket, as winter will be here sooner than you know. The one I’m pictured in above was a total steal from a  Banana Republic sale over the summer. Even though this piece isn’t exactly the thickest jacket, it pairs perfectly with a sweater and tank underneath. I’m not looking to be too hot when I’m out picking pumpkins, either!
