I’m in a camouflage Urban Outfitters jacket, Asos top, Forever 21 dress, Sole Society shoes 

Hi from the beautiful land of Maine! I arrived Monday afternoon, and have been blissfully touring the city by stuffing my face with ice cream, Maine blueberries, and a lot of time by the water. As much as I wish I could take a full week off and not work, I don’t believe I’ll ever be the type of personality that can do that. I take 20 minutes off (like yesterday, when the wifi in my resort stopped working for 2 hours) and manage to have half a panic attack. Welcome to the world of working for yourself!

For dinner on Monday night, I threw on this gray Forever 21 dress that’s been hogging the majority of my attention lately. One of my best friends, Amanda, gave me the dress when I visited her in Austin, and it’s one of those pieces that’s suitable for about every vacation. I’m pretty tall, so the dress hits exactly where it needs to for me to throw it on for an afternoon out, or a sexy dinner date. That’s some of the best advice I can give you: keep a statement piece on hand, you  never know when you’ll need that dress or those jeans for a rainy day…
