If I could add classes to existing curriculum in middle & high school, I’d add in a class on how to be fearless AND a class on how to be confident 📝

Yesterday I was pitching @befearlesssummit x @grasshoppher to a VC firm who wanted to set a meeting with us to be a portfolio company. It was just me and 2 guys in the room as my co-founder couldn’t make the meeting.

That’s not the first time I’ve been in a room selling my ideas to people (men in particular) 20+ years older than me. I did well, but I wondered how I would’ve done if I wasn’t this confident 🤓

There's no roadmap to confidence besides two things: time & experiences.

The more you chronicle every situation and event you're a part of, down to how you wish you had stood up for yourself or what you would've said back to someone, the closer you'll be.

The next time you stayed seated when you wished you stood up, go home and write what you would do differently if you were the most fearless person in the room. Trust me, you'll be the one standing up next. #FearlessEveryday #BeFearless #GetOutOfYourComfortZone

If you do not think the media, especially social media, has made it 100x harder to love your body & feel confident in your own skin than idk what media you see but I’d love to know. It’s not rocket science that almost everything online is a highlight reel.

Yet time & time again someone like Kim Kardashian makes headline news for soliciting extreme weight loss diets to fit into a dress for one night. Newsflash: she doesn’t care that you think she promotes poor body image. She knows she does or she wouldn’t post half of what she does. I can squat a pretty high amount of weight & my 🍑 will never look like hers unless I pay for it 😇

Stop expecting people you don’t know to make you feel a certain way or act a way that you’d like them to act. You will constantly be disappointed. 👌🏻 more on the episode 🎤 #FearlessEveryday #TheNewUnfiltered
