One trend I look forward to from the beginning of summer to the beginning of fall is plaid. Maybe  it’s because I grew up on the East Coast, but plaid is a trend that never gets old. The minute Starbucks releases the PSL (and white girls reunite) I run to H&M and Forever 21 to purchase new flannels for fall. You don’t have to wear plaid just on top: you can play around with flannel prints on the top, bottom and on a jacket or sweater. Throw a plaid flannel around your waist for a Kylie Jenner inspired upgrade, or a plaid hat for a Blair Waldorf upgrade. Either way, you’re not going to grow old of plaid. At least I haven’t yet.
